If you need a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check we can provide this for you.
We advise all our Instructors and Assistant Instructors to have a DBS check if you are teaching in any capacity.
Although there is no time scale on DBS checks it is recommended to renew it every 3 years to keep it up to date.
All Instructors and Assistant Instructors should hold a valid and current DBS check. The SDF requires proof when registering your club or Instructors membership.
If you don’t hold a current DBS then we ask you to update it as soon as possible. Registration can not be completed until this is in place.
Our DBS checks cost £30 and are done through ASMAA/SDF.
