The SDF has various courses and seminars covering a wide range of topics.
Each Course has several levels to them and are suitable for beginners to qualified Instructors.
There are separate Instructor courses available once the basic levels have been completed.

SELF-DEFENCE DIPLOMAS:
The SDF also offers Diplomas which cover Self-Defence for those who have no previous Martial Arts Experience.
You can become a fully qualified Self-Defence Instructor with certification on completion. The Diplomas are also recognised with Martial Guard Insurance which enables Instructors to get Indemnity Insurance.
There are several levels, each covering different aspects of Self-Defence from Basic Avoidance and Awareness to Adverse Situations and Weapons. We also cover Women’s and Children’s Self-Defence principals and techniques. For more details go to our Instructor Courses page.
SEMINARS:
The SDF is able to provide seminars at your venue or ours.
